About Project:

This project involved the comprehensive branding of Encalm Hospitality, an airport hospitality company with lounges, spas, and additional services in several major Indian cities, including New Delhi, Goa, and Hyderabad. Encalm Hospitality is renowned for having the largest airport lounge in Asia, located at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. As the in-house designer, I was responsible for developing brand collateral, creating a unique identity for their sub-brand Enwrap, and designing a range of visual materials to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Challenges:

Working as an in-house designer, I was responsible for the comprehensive branding of their lounges, spas, and additional services across major Indian cities. The project involved ensuring consistent branding across multiple locations with diverse cultural and aesthetic preferences, developing a cohesive identity that included lounges, spas, baggage wrapping, and transit services, and designing visuals that effectively captured the attention of hurried travelers in a busy airport environment. Additionally, I created a memorable mascot that aligned with the brand’s identity and appealed to a diverse audience.

Results:

The comprehensive branding efforts significantly increased Encalm Hospitality’s visibility within airports, making their lounges and services easily recognizable and attracting increased foot traffic. The attractive and consistent branding elements effectively engaged customers, earning positive feedback and industry recognition. The successful branding of the sub-brand Enwrap established a distinct yet connected identity that resonated well with travelers, showcasing my ability to develop captivating brand identities and comprehensive branding strategies.
